Description
Land behind St Helen's Church hall at Thurnscoe has been transformed into a kitchen garden with raised beds, thanks to funding from the Barnsley Council's Public Health Innovation Fund. Fresh produce from the garden will supply the community pantry which operates from the church hall. Rev Sarah Maughan (second left) is pictured with local councillors and food pantry volunteers.
