Photograph by Ian Georgeson we re launching the Reading Rainbows programme at Muirhouse Library. The programme, which is in its second year, is run by the council s Libraries and Information Service and Children and Families department. It aims to fill the gap between birth and starting school when children are not given free book packs. I ve attached some more information, though will be issuing
